MadFish Cadre provides an AI executive team platform that includes AI-powered agents, CRM tools, project management, and related business operations features.
Subscription and Payment
Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful content.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MadFish Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadFish Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
